Filter question

I have a Typhoon III and was wondering how to replace the filters. I currently have one of your six pack replacement sets with (2) Sediment 10 Micron (2) Coconut Carbon Block 5 Micron (2) Coconut Carbon Block One Micron. I want to get one of the NEW CHLORAMINE FILTER PACKS to use with it. What replaces what in this new filter pack with the old filter pack I have. Thanks.
