st9z July 14, 2008 Author July 14, 2008 How did the operation turn out? Success? Jon I couldn't find the attachment for my dremel so I used a surgeon blade to do the dirty work. I am not sure which one won the battle, during the process the blade broke as well, but it got the job done before it kick the bucket.
Jon Lazar July 15, 2008 July 15, 2008 Glad to hear it worked out well. I've fragged a LOT of frogspawn over the years, and have had great results using a hacksaw blade. It cuts quickly and you have excellent control over the location of the cut (no sudden snaps like with wire cutters), plus you can leave the coral in place and cut underwater. Jon
