I have heard many times where John and the BRK staff have gone out of their way to help out a WAMAS member or customer. Well now it was my turn. I needed to borrow a piece of equipemt to develop an idea I had . I took the idea to John and showed him what I was up to. John not only let me borrow the equipment but offered to try the idea out in the shop to see if it was valid.

 

I just want to say that the entire BRK staff is rock solid and I appreciate their dedication and willingness to help out WAMAS members.

 

This is customer service second to none.

And help you have. I got my first working prototype done at 11:00 last night. I am going to assemble one for you to play with today. I had to figure out how to get it working when there was a reduction in return line size that created back pressure. I seem to have it solved. I guess we will see when you get a chance to beat one up.
