Product Review. 265g Perfecto Tank and Stand

Just delivered a new Perfecto 265g tank and stand to a customer that is upgrading durring a move (as good an excuse as any.)

Tank is 7ft long, 24 front to back and 29 tall. Corner over flows, old school from the AGA / Oceanic perspective, but I like it, adds to the aquascaping options, more open space in the middle and you really don't use that side glass anyway. Will have to find a way to block out that ugly window into the overflow.

The stand has 3 doors, and 2 upright braces... so there is not one big openeing to slide a sump into. However they are screwed in with wood screws not glued and brad nailed so easy to remove and replace. Whole stand front has an "S Curve" wave to it... very cool IMHO, just changes up the flat look. Floor of the stand is just the width of the plywood, not raised up at all, so give a bit more room under the stand.

All and all, very cool. Will take some pics and post once it is cleaned up and on the stand.

Sounds nice... tagging for pics.

blow a pic of the front of the tank up to 29in and tape a piece on the out side or the overflow areas on the side. then no one will ever see the over flow area. lol
