Larry Grenier March 6, 2008 March 6, 2008 Sorry if this has already been discussed. Where does one find good sand now-a-days? You used to be able to go to Home Depot and get the Southdown stuff. What are my options now? I don't need much.

steveoutlaw March 6, 2008 March 6, 2008 James, I'll take it of Larry doesn't. Larry - Johnny at BRK has the big ol' bags of the aragonite sand for $30. 3 bags gave me a 4-5" sandbed in my 92g corner tank.

steveoutlaw March 6, 2008 March 6, 2008 I believe so. Don't hold me to the exact price, but it was somewhere around there.
Larry Grenier March 6, 2008 Author March 6, 2008 James, If Steve is ready let him have it. Seve, that's kinda good to know; I said kinda 'cause it's very expensive compared to back when I bought the Southdown @ HD... Oh Well, wat's another $30
