rsarvis February 29, 2008 February 29, 2008 I bought a Koralia 4 almost exactly year ago. About a month ago, it stopped working, nothing stuck externally and not due to buildup, not even a hum, so something wrong inside. Someone on here told me to contact Hydor directly and they would replace it. Indeed, I sent them an email a week or two ago and just got the reply today saying to send in the product and they'd send a replacement. So I'm very pleased with the customer service. Seems like others have had problems with their early Koralia models; hopefully whatever faults have been fixed.

I emailed Customer Service asking about purchasing replacement and w/in 24 hr I got a response asking for my address to mail one for *FREE*. It was shipped quickly, too! Great service. William
