dhogan October 10, 2007 October 10, 2007 I think I had a predatory starfish (asterina), he was on one of the encrusted base part of an SPS. Where he was is now bleeched, how common are these guys? I hope I don't have more. :/
YBeNormal October 10, 2007 October 10, 2007 Most starfish are scavengers. How do you know that the spot on the SPS was not dead before the starfish decided to make a meal out of it?

YBeNormal October 10, 2007 October 10, 2007 FWIW, I have several of them in my tank and I've yet to see them do any damage. What type of SPS was he on?
