treesprite July 30, 2007 July 30, 2007 = no customer service. They will only accept requests that are for replacements by e-mail, and they don't respond. I sent 3 e-mails over the past week and still no response. The phone number they give is strictly used to take new orders. They have some good specials, but seeing as I'm stuck with something broken, I will never order from them again.
jnguyen4007 July 30, 2007 July 30, 2007 I've heard nothing but bad things about aquatraders so I don't deal with them. sometimes the bit of savings you make upfront just aren't worth the trouble or the hassle. one thing you can do is contact the BBB and report them. That sometime will get a response. Good luck.
treesprite August 13, 2007 Author August 13, 2007 I should update. 5 days after waiting for a response, I got an e-mail that the part was shipped, like an invoice e-mail. They never asked about the problem or anything, just took my word for it. I'm grateful to have what I needed, but they should have responded sooner so that I didn't feel like I was being ignored. I'm tempted to believe that there are only a couple people involved with this company.
