Just keep cramming down those donuts big boy. Don't you worry about me. I've actually done this before. Not to mention seeing all my overweight patients coming in with all their health issues will be motivation enough for me. Its gonna be a fun couple months.

I'd join you just to give you some competition, but I already lost about all the weight I can handle. Only 10 pounds over the skinniest I've ever been. Maybe my daughter can join the fun? She's lost 60 pounds so far, and ready to lose another 50. Of course the first 60 took almost a year; she thinks she can do better now that she's in shape. Of course it's an unfair advantage having me cooking for her.

*EDIT: I've been cooking low-fat for 1.5 years now - GOOD food, with very low calories. i.e. - spaghetti with meat sauce; with only 400 calories and 1 gram of fat for a BIG serving.*
