Jarosh February 3, 2005 Share February 3, 2005 Today while digging around in the tank I came across these tiny black worms. They are about 1/4" long, non-segmented and living in the sand. I sucked a few up while house keeping, but would like to get an id before going old school gvl]] on them. Thanks Paul

GaryL February 4, 2005 Share February 4, 2005 sounds like nematodes, if they get out of hand ive seen them attack crustaseans during a molt. they go for the soft tissue. but we do need a picture before making a certain call on them
Jarosh February 5, 2005 Author Share February 5, 2005 I tried to take a quick pic of them the other day but they are roughly the same length and width of an eyelash. This made for a blurry pic. I can give it a shot again
wirick21 February 5, 2005 Share February 5, 2005 Catch one and put it in a bowl and try to take a photo then. That should give you your best shot. Good luck Brian
