Why do you want to bond PVC to acrylic?

I have a DIY calcium reactor that has a cylindrical acrylic tube with piece of 3/4 inch pvc that the seal broke and I need to fix it.

I believe Weldon #16 is what is usually recommended for PVC to acrylic. It has worked well for me in the same application.

I was looking and weld-on # 40 is for PVC to acrylic application.

Weld-On #40 2 part Plexiglass Acrylic glue is a clear two-part, reactive, high-strength cement for bonding all acrylics to each other and to polyester, butyrate, PVC, styrene, wood, etc. Weld On 40 Meets Mil Spec A-8576 Type III.

Although, it looks like #16 would work too:

WELD-ON 16 is especially formulated to bond acrylic plastic. It can also be used for bonding styrene,

butyrate, PVC and polycarbonate, as well as other plastics and porous surfaces.

Does anyone know where I can get either locally?

Thanks,

Scott
