Sph2sail October 18, 2004 Share October 18, 2004 Maybe Fischer Hardware in Springfield. Call first, tho. They have some amazing plumbing stuff. Online is definately the best source. s
tygger October 18, 2004 Author Share October 18, 2004 I'm not too far from Fisher's, but unfortunately I've already checked and they dont carry any gatevalves. If I have to order one, its going to cost about $25 ($7-8 in shipping). Thx
HowardofNOVA October 18, 2004 Share October 18, 2004 I believe if Fischers doesn't have them, try the Vienna Aquarium shop, they carry a few of them the other day.

tygger October 20, 2004 Author Share October 20, 2004 Thanks Howard. I'll give them a call... D33rex, I've only found ball valves at HD and Lowes. I'm looking for a gate valve for my euroreef skimmer.
KABALA October 21, 2004 Share October 21, 2004 What size valve do you need?, most standard 1/2"-1" gate valves are 6-9 bucks from USplastics.com $25 for a gate valve is ridiculous, unless you want a 2 incher. I thought the euroreefs used 1" shipped should be around $15 from one of these places. usplastics.com or savko usually have the best prices just my .
tygger October 21, 2004 Author Share October 21, 2004 You're right... I think the ER (CS6-1) uses a 1 1/4" so it should be about $20 shipped.
