Tank move / suction cups Ellicott City

My 120gal tank is coming Friday. It’s only liftgate service so assuming it will be in driveway or garage if I’m lucky. 
 

Is anyone around Ellicott City that can help move down 6 steps into lower level and put on stand. Or anyone local with suction cups I can borrow?

 

I did the move last time with just one friend. Ideally this time it would be 4 guys.

I have suction cups. But my disability prevents me from actually lifting or carrying. I’m in Glen Burnie.

I can make myself free on Friday to help lift.  No suction cups but could bring a furniture dolly.

The club has suction cups you can borrow/rent(?). Used them for my move. Wish I could make it up that way. Good luck!
