Searching for: Refreshment committee

We are looking for a volunteer or two to help organize refreshments for the quarterly meetings and also the winter holiday party.

 

The responsibilities would be fairly straight forward.

 

Store one or two totes at your house with supplies (flatware and plasticware), along with two pitchers used for meetings.

 

Swing by the store of your choice to pick up a few platters:fruit/veggie/cookie for meeting snacks.

 

Bring some powdered lemonade or the like for one of the pitchers.  The other would be water.

 

Set up and break down the refreshments table at each meeting.  

 

You will be reimbursed fully for all purchases.
