Kessil 360 light keeps shutting of or not turing on?

I have a Kessil A360W programed with the spectral controller that keeps turning off befor its cicle in over or it wont turn on when it starts. the set up is getting old, I got it used off someone on WAMAS about 6 years ago so its probably time for a new set up but if its fixable id like to find a solution though.  if I unplug the power box for a few seconds for it to discharge then pug it back in the light will turn back on and it will work fine for a day or two. anyone have any sugestions on what to do? Thanks

I do know that there is a guy on YouTube who diagnoses and repairs kessils.  I've come across him once or twice as I have a kessil that won't fire up and tried troubleshooting.  Let me see if I can locate him
