Algae help

Hello group! Do you know what this algea is? I am only running a small light for the refugium and the Algea is forming where it’s getting light.

 

Tank is only a month old with 2 clowns.

 

Once I put in my main lights it will end up being everywhere. Not sure if I should either let it go (tank do it’s thing) or treat (ex. Clean up crew, chemicals, Algea eating fish). Your thoughts?

Looks like diatoms. Most all new tank setups go thru this phase. Normal.
