Initially I selected few pictures which later I found out that it was exceeded the limit but when I tried to upload only one picture which it was only 3.5mb, and it froze and kept displaying the error msg. Yes, 3.5mb was only one picture which I then created a new post then I was able to post one picture. Thanks

Ok, thanks for taking the time to explain. Another error I experienced was that the image upload section froze and won’t allow me to upload picture even those my picture was only 3.5mb. Anyway, I created another post and was able to upload one picture unless I manually resize them on my end.

Am I the only having trouble posting a picture? Max size is 1.95mb?

I had bought many fish from them before without major issues. As Jeremy mentioned, perhaps the level of service degraded as most business tends to be when they made their names known. Last order from 4/2025, only 2/3 of my order was fulfilled but I paid the entire shipping fee. 5 Anthias delivered, few with sign of uronema which extremely contagious and deadly (one didn’t make it after few hours). They were in a 25g QT tank, and I lost all of them. There was a slight going back and forth on the credit but eventually I got them. This time I wanted to spend the credit and be done with them, here I went into the hole again. Again, placed my order on 2/22 and requested to be shipped out on 2/26 so delivery will be next day. It was shown order confirmed, credit card payment went through, and delivery date 2/26. There was no emails, and no response to calls, text, or email til later at night 2/26 and Michael said there was a messed up on my end but he can ship them out on 2/27 so I can have it on Saturday so I told him go ahead. I waited and waited, nothing showed up. I took a day off on Friday and had to changed my family plan on Saturday. If you had good experience and want to continue doing business that’s good for you because I was doing the same until this horrible experience and I was stressed out. Hi, hope this is the right place to share my experience with Nyaquatic, which it was terrible and I want to share so members can make their informed decision. Placed an order on 2/22/26 and it was confirmed to ship out on 2/26. I took a day off to prepare for the delivery, there was no email or anything as of 2/26 so I emailed and texted several times finally got a response that he said it wasn’t confirmed on his end (I have proof that it was confirmed). He offered to ship it out on 2/27/26 and delivery date would be the next day which is today so I gave him another chance, NOTHING came, called, texted and emailed several times no response. I finally emailed and texted him to cancel and issue a full refund. As of now still no response. I will file through my credit card company if I don’t hear back from him soon.
