Bill, what I hear you saying is be careful what I wish for. Kjamaya, I tried that with a weaker powerhead and it did not budge. Perhaps I will try again with a more powerful one this weekend. Thanks for the words. Bevin

The tank is about 2 months old and I have 6 T5s It is the red sea max 250.

I have just recently started up my first saltwater tank and purchased a green bubble tip anemone 6 days ago. About 4 hours after he was in the tank he found a hiding place that is nearly impossible to get to and has not come out. With a flashlight I can see that he looks nicely inflated and has good color. My question is how long can I expect this to continue? Everyone says just be patient and this is normal but no one will say exactly how long I can expect this. My clowns and I are patiently waiting.

I have read several books just wanted to see what people are using and having success with. I like the idea of Real Reef but Im guessing it is a relativly new product and a book from 2003 may not have much info about it.

I have just bought my first tank and want peoples opinions on what type of rock is best. Qualities I'm looking for are environmentally friendly, performance and affordability. I would like something that was not removed from the ocean BUT I also would like to know which brand people feel provides the best filtering as that is where my tank may be a little weak. Park live and part dry? I am a patient person and don't need it to ready for corals and fish tomorrow, but want to do it right. And Go.............. Thanks Bevin
