Here's a better photo of the larger acan colony. You can really see all of the awesome colors in it from this picture. Also, here's a better picture of the duncan colony. I turned the pump off to snap the picture, so the polyps closed slightly from the change. Now that I can see it better, there's more like 20 heads on it. I also found this trumpet coral that I had forgotten about in the back of the tank. - $10

UPDATE: (7/12/2014) Not much left. The tank is completely broken down at this point and the livestock remaining are hanging out in a temporary 10g. Fish: Clownfish - $15 $10 Corals: Mixed Ric Rock (4 mouths of mint green, 2 or 3 mouths of bright green) - $25 (Left of picture) Bright Green Ricordea (6 mouths about 2.5-3" across) - $20 (Center of picture) Peach Ricordea (2 mouths about 3" across) - $15 (Right of picture) Red/purple acans, green acans, red acans - $50 (all of them, green and red need some TLC) Duncan (~15 heads) - $50 Equipment: Tank and Stand - FREE You come and get it and you can have it. The stand needs a bit of carpentry work to resecure the corner braces on the bottom. Tank is a 75g, reef ready with a corner overflow in the back left corner. Back is painted dark blue, but can easily be removed. Glass is thicker than the standard 75g, 3/8" if I remember correctly.

Free to whoever wants them.

I'd suggest looking at the QuietOne pumps. Very energy efficient and reliable.

I have a bin of live rock that's been sitting around for 2 years. I just drained the water from it and I'm drying it out. The tote and rock combined are 31lbs. Let's say $25 and I'll throw in the tub and lid.

Oh, that would explain it then. We're moving to Pennsylvania (Landenberg to be precise). I'm not sure how long I'll be out, probably at least a year, but you never know. Salt is in my blood, so it can't be for too long

Updates: PJ cardinals are spoken for. I would edit the top post, but it looks like I can't anymore. Mods, any advice?

Hey Everyone, We're moving in just under a month and the tank's not going to come for the ride this time around. I'm going to get out of the hobby for a while so I can tend to the new house and the list of projects that my wife already has on tap for me. I don't have a whole lot to sell, but I'd very much like to see what I have go to this group rather than some anonymous people of Craigslist. I'm in Gaithersburg, so I'd prefer pickups around here. I can be flexible with where. I have more to post, but this is all I have pictures of right now. (NOTE: I've been out of the loop for a while so please let me know if my prices are out of whack) Fish: 2x Pajama Cardinals (Mated pair) - $30 <- I've seen them spawn several times and watched the male hold a clutch of eggs in his mouth a couple of times. 1x Clownfish - $15 Corals: Chocolate Chip Zoas - $15 (about the size of a golf ball) Large Chocolate Chip Zoas - $30 (about 4"x4" on a large piece of LR) Mixed Ric Rock (4 mouths of mint green, 2 or 3 mouths of bright green) - $30 (Left of picture) Bright Green Ricordea (6 mouths about 2.5-3" across) - $25 (Center of picture) Peach Ricordea (2 mouths about 3" across) - $20 (Right of picture) To be added: Bright green zoas (2x small), bluish purple zoas (frag plug), red/purple acans (20+), green acans(about 6), red acans (about 5) Equipment: (For sale after livestock is gone and pickup from my house only) 75g RR Tank - Make me an offer! * The tank background is painted on the outside (can be easily removed) * 3/8" glass (thicker than normal) * Has some minor scratches on all panes * All holes are factory drilled 75g stand - Free with the tank * Basic black stand * It will need a bit of carpentry, but it works just fine 29g sump - $15 * Glass separator panes, one needs to be reattached * No drilled holes

OK. Will do.

Thanks Yeah, and we are talking about #2. Ohhhhh boyyyy..... Haha. Great, thanks. I'll just put all of the details in the lead post and update there.

Hi everyone! Long time no post. Sorry about that. Turns out being a dad consumes every I stant of your free time. Who knew!? My tank has seen better days for sure. We are getting ready to move and it is time to break down the tank. I'm selling just about everything, only a few exceptions. The tank has a pretty bad outbreak of red slime and bubble algae, but nothing some proper husbandry couldn't fix quickly. I have a handful of corals, all softies, and three fish; one clown and a mated pair of PJ cardinals. I have about 100lbs of LR and about 50lbs of LS. Some LR has been sitting in a tub with water for quite a while. Before I get too deep I want to make sure this post is OK with forum rules. If, not I will put everything up on R2R.

I've got a fair bit of rock I need to get rid of. What dimensions do you need? I have a mix of dry and "just sitting in water".

Is it possible to overburden a driver and still have it work?

Current is through the whole circuit. You want to control the voltage to match the forward voltage needed by your circuit. That can be done through either voltage or current control. -
First and foremost, they didn't exist when I built my fixture 5.5 years ago I personally have not seen a fixture with the UV LEDs installed, so I can't really comment on them. I can say that I like the iridescence I get from the purple punch of the actinics.

Yeah, snails are not separable from their shells. I tend to do a slide and pull move. Gentle and steady pressure and they usually release.
