    Thanks, I am sending it into Coralvue.com for them to fix it. I believe the Bluetooth is broken and the SD card is missed up.

    Thanks, I am assuming that the number is the SN number for the Alkatronic. I am not seeing it in my bluetooth. That may be the issue.

    How did you get it to connect via Bluetooth, I can't even get it to do that. I have yet to run a test with the thing, I am getting ready to just throw in the towel with this thing.

    It is not doing anything, I am stuck at trying to get it connected to wifi. I have been able to get it into the app, but it is offline and will not come online, I got some help from the manufacturer but that did not help, I am not the best when it comes to technology.

    Hello WAMAS, I bought a used alkatronic and have tried to get it to work, I have even contacted the manufacturer and still can't seem to get it to work. I am looking for someone who can help me get this thing working. I am in Clinton MD. Please help a fellow frustrated Reefer. Thanks

    Hello WAMAS, I am getting my new Waterbox Reef LX 230.5 next Thursday and need to get movers to move it into my basement. I am located in Clinton MD, and want to know if any one knows of a moving company that would move a fish tank. Thanks Marlon

    you will just drop them into your tank, there is no way to quarantine them. You can go to the website where you want to buy them from and look at the instructions on adding the pods.
