i have the same coral, it reactes to nitrate, ph spikes, ans alk swings. check all of the above

my 125 is bb, weekly maintenance includes.... siphoning all the snail poop and ditritus out aswell as shedding from rocks 20% biweekly water change even though this past month i didnt do one at all and i didnt see a rise in anything. my return is a mag 12 and i run 1 vortech at full blast (3000gph) my skimmer is a kent skimmer skimming really really wet...(1g a day of skimmate.)

looks good. what kind of salt are you using? i ask cause even though i keep my parimeters in check my coraline is slow growing, i use reef crystals though and have heard that instant ocean is the coraline master

i run 8 x 80 on my tank and have no issues at all. my tank is also a 6 foot tank aswell.
