Thanks guys, I have the clearner shrimp and I've done the FW dip. We'll keep our fingers crossed!

First off, I'll try to get some pictures....but until then: I have a large yellow tang that, as of this morning, has some black spots on it. Looks like about the size of pepper and they are raised (not actual scales turning black). From the research I've done, it looks like black ick, which as I understand is propogated by worms. What can I do to treat the fish and the tank? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks, Howser

Yea -- much to my dismay. I just went and played with them a little, I can turn the valve and produce a little less airflow and still get some bubbles. I'll have to see if that amount of bubbles still provides enough to skim. If not, then I'm all for trying new ideas. It's past the point of annoying, the fish even have earplugs...

Hi everyone, Does anyone have experience with this fish in a reef tank? I have mostly softies and I'm wondering how this fish will do with them. Any experiences you can share would be great!
