Algae? Help....

Boy o' boy.....being out of the hobby for over ten years has taken its toll on me.

So.....I overcame the dinoflag. outbreak but now I have it's ugly stepbrother the green version. What is this green haze that's growing on my glass? When I scrape it off, it's like green cloud? It's very resilient and appears back on the glass that evening?( Snails love it, but cant keep up ) Is this just another stage my tank is going through?

Nitrites,Nitrates and ammonia are non-existent.....filtering with Chemipure elite and tank has 3+ inches of sand bed. Thoughts?
