Good morning, can anyone give some insight as to what other coral is friendly with Lobo's? I've seen people place them with Richordea and Acans. Id love to hear about other people success with these as far as placement goes.

You should be able to keep anything in the same tank as lobos, but they will throw out aggressive and long feeder tentacles at night, so be cautious of proximity vs. compatibility.

That's my understanding as well. I was surprised today when I saw a few photos of peoples tanks with them right next to Richordea and Acans. Im hoping that others can tell me if they have had success with them next to anything else. I know they dont like Scolly's! I had one tip over on a button Scolly and killed it in less than 12 hours.

It's possible, I have SPS colonies right by torches that get blown the other way, so they never get the chance to touch them. If my flow happened to change, they would all be stung to death. I have Space Invader Pectinia right by corals, like mushrooms and scollys & trachy's where the feelers aren't long enough (YET) to reach them.

Your experience had to do with proximity, in your case, directly on top!
