Sorry to keep blowing up your Forum, but seems this is the quickest way to get in touch with Avast!

 

I purchased an Avast Seabones Calcium Reactor V2 and large secondary chamber, and unfortunately sold my tank before ever setting it up, so everything remained in packaging. It's recently been passed onto a forum member, and I have been informed that there is no PH Probe holder like there is on the stock photos of the website.

I was under the impression that it would be wrapped inside the chamber with the other equipment. Thanks in advance for the help!

Definitely have the buyer contact us at support@avastmarine.com (always the best and fastest way to reach us!) and we'll get any missing pieces sorted out.

Also, have them send pictures of what was received so we can make sure there isn't anything else missing.

@ctenophore I just sent you an email with the pictures of all the things that came with the reactor. Pls lmk if you need more info. Thanks!
