I have attempted to force a refresh up to an including deleting the app and reinstalling. I still get the email notifications. I’ve since noticed that the delays have decreased from over a day to 9 hrs to 2 hrs and now they seem to be caught up. The discussions I follow are refreshing in a timely fashion.
