Salt crystals - yellow bag

I just opened a box of Instant Ocean Reef Crystals. Half the bags are yellow instead of white. The date code 19142 10:40 is the same.

 

Google didn’t help much. Just some speculation about moisture and mainly about residuals after mixing.

 

Anyone seen this?

I've had this happen when there's been a puncture in the bag and the salt turns hard from moist air getting into the salt.  It seems that also turns the bag yellow.
