YHSublime April 9, 2020 April 9, 2020 Hey WAMAS! I've got a Skimz octa sc165i running on one of my tubs, and it's a beast, I've gotten it dialed in just right and have been enjoying it immensely, until today! I added and removed about 6 gallons of water, and overflowed the collection cup, well, almost, I pulled it off and dumped it just in time. Now that I've put it back together, I'm seeing it shoot copious amount of microbubbles out the bottom all into the rest of the stock tank. It's skimming just fine, and I suspect normally it would be in a sump, with a flat bottom, as opposed to on a rock, anybody know what's going on here?
YHSublime April 9, 2020 Author April 9, 2020 Waited a few hours and went back to check on it, and it looks like the massive bubbles shooting out the bottom have completely stopped. Must have been something lining the bucket that agitated the water, weird.
