AquaticLife T5 72" Fixture maintenence

I bought a used T5 fixture for my 125 build and looking for someone that may have experience working on these?  An electrician, I'm not.

Happy to provide all required parts and pay for someone to make sure it is salvageable before I buy new bulbs.

I have used 36” bulbs you can have if that’s would help. Not sure what size bulbs that fixture uses.
