  1. When going through photos and not realizing how much your corals change. It’s pretty cool. I acquired this rainbow jawbreaker in 2016. It’s been a super slow grower and has only put off 4-5 babies in the past 6 1/2 years. 2016 2017 2018 2020 2022 2023
  2. You hit the nail on the head. It is very hard to pull off the rocks. And yes it’s only growing in brightly lit areas. My plan is removing the rocks that it’s on and replacing them. I hope it doesn’t start re-growing on the new rocks, but it probably will.
  3. This algae is something different than I’ve had before. It grows into the rock so it can’t be pulled out. Of course it’s covering a rock on the bottom of the rock structure. I’m going to have to pull out most of the rock to get to it. No fun Thanks guys for the help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. It looks like the bubble plate is off of the pump. I would disassemble and give it a good vinegar bath to see what your working with. If everything is there and the pump works then you can probably fix it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I had this scoly in a tank that was neglected. It was on a rock that was covered in Aptasia so I decided to Break off pieces of rocks around it. When doing this I broke a large pice of the skeleton off. It very healthy now and has recovered in a weird way. The part that was ripped from the skeleton flaps in the water now and has a mouth growing on the underside. Has anyone seen anything like this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. I know this is not going to help you but I have that same tank. I have the internal overflow. I have a long hall that u can see between the glass and wall so I like that I can push up against the wall. Its much cleaner looking down the hall than my old tank. I would like more space in the tank. If your tank is going in a spot that you can’t see behind it I would go with external. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
