Hello WAMAS,

Based on guidelines and suggestions from the CDC and other health authorities, we have decided to do our part in social distancing to protect not just our clients and customers but also our own Reef eScape family.  While we remain open for business, customers will no longer be allowed inside the shop but we remain committed to providing you with all of your aquarium needs.  We have a list of fish and animals that are available for purchase and can provide you with the same level of advice and help with dry goods as you've come to expect from us.  Payments can be taken over the phone for any purchases and we will leave your purchases outside of the front door for you to pick up when you call (purchases will not be placed outside until you arrive).

Steps for placing a to go order for curb-side delivery before you arrive:

1.    Call 703-261-6996 so we can take payment over the phone.  We can provide a paper, email, or text receipt upon request

2.    When or shortly before you arrive call us again and we’ll begin preparing your purchases.

3.    Call again when you arrive and we’ll place your purchase on the table outside the door

If you are already at the door, we will complete the transaction while you wait.

We also have water available for self fill up - all you have to do is call ahead and we'll turn on the spigots so you can fill your water jugs yourself outside the shop.  We do sanitize the hoses in between uses as well as all other surfaces that customers come into direct contact with.

While outside the shop, we have floor mats that designate the appropriate 6’ perimeter for social distancing.  Please understand that we will not open the door while anyone is on the mat and if you are at the shop, we also encourage you to keep a distance from other customers while you wait.

Thanks for your cooperation in our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy during this state of emergency.  If you have any questions or suggestions for how we can provide you with a safer environment, please don't hesitate to reach out.  The best way to get in touch with us is to call directly, 703-261-6996.
