I have a 20 gal tank with the clean up crew and live sand. 20 lbs of live rock has just arrived. I just rinse it off and add it to the tank all at once?

Yes. Just drop it in the tank and let it cycle. Dont rinse it.

 

You'll also need to watch ammonia and nitrite levels because you already have a clean up crew in there and do water changes anytime the levels get too high.

 

If possible, house them somewhere else in the mean time and let nature take its course in your 20g. It took me 1 month to cycle my 72g tank with 90lbs of lr.

 

If you have a skimmer, keep that running as well...
