Free Red Flame Scallop

Unfortunately, i was wrongly sent a red flame scallop yesterday along with some other stuff in an online order. After receiving it, i did some research and came to the conclusion that I dont have the knowledge or equipment to keep it healthy. Is anyone interested or know someplace close by DC that would make a nice home?
