what's the scoop on selcon?

I have heard enough people mention selcon now, that I am really curious. I saw online that it is some sort of marine vitamins liquid. How many use it, and how good is it?? Is it worth the relatively high price tag?

Hard to say witha food how good it is... I do use it... why because every large aquarium I have been to behind the scenes use it or something similar... they all have professionals on statff...

 

Now don't get my wrong I don't think they know everything, in fact I've pointed out on more than one ocassion something that they should be aware of, but in this instance I think its a good idea.

I suggest you contact Lee Sterns, he has used Selcon for a while and he has first hand experience of its use.

I use it as well. Both for my fish and Seahorses.

 

It's just a nice additive for the fish to keep them healthy. I put a few drops on the food let it soak for 5 10 mins and then add it to the tank.
