kwortendyke September 2, 2016 Share September 2, 2016 I have a 55g FOWLR that's about 9mo old. Inhabitants are a yellow tang, a fire goby and a tri-color wrasse along with a handful of small Nassarius, one giant Nassarius, and a pair of turbo snails. I have a couple pics attached of something popping up all over my rock in the past few weeks. Any thoughts on what the the light hairy substance and more prominent structures are? And what to do about them? Also, my Giant Nassarius climbed up the glass a bit and left some tracks on the glass - still there a day later. With such a definitive shape, I'm curious if these are of any concern either. davelin315 September 2, 2016 Share September 2, 2016 Sponges in the first one (look like pineapple sponges) and eggs in the second one, will probably get eaten (pre and post hatch).
