mp40s not working

My mp40s are flashing red and green and are not pumping. I tried to hard reset them. Nothing happens. Has anyone had this happen to them before

Figure out why you are in stall mode before restarting. Probably don't have the spacers in right for glass thickness Edited December 23, 2015 by gmerek2

I had the red/green flashing error as well, it means the prop cannot spin smoothly for whatever reason.  In my case, the prop would spin a few rotations slowly and stop. It turns out that my wet side was the issue, the back cover easily opened on mine and there was shaving on the magnet and a groove was developing, after I removed the shaving it worked again... for a month before it stopped for good.  I decided to switch to the Gyre, but if I wanted to keep the MP40 I'd probably just buy a new wet side.
