Found a worm. tinsy bobbit?

It's not a bristleworm, as those have been breeding regularly in my tank and I'm very familiar with those little babies. But I just found this guy on a suction cup while moving a holding tank. He's barely an inch, so no pics, but it's exactly the same as the pics in this Michigan Reefers thread. 

Terrifying to think there's a larger one of whatever this is in my tanks somewhere. Can anyone weigh in on this for me? Not like I can do anything, as there's bound to be a ton of little guys in there like this now...

I found one a couple of weeks ago... Look similar?

 

 

Don't know where I could have gotten it...hadn't added any new live rock in over 2 years, so it had to come in on a frag plug or something?
