miggs76 February 3, 2015 Share February 3, 2015 (edited) I was buying a piece of equipment that was not offered by and of the local fish stores here in the area. I looked online to price them and I found a place that had it for a little less than Premium Aquatics. The place didn't have the greatest rep and from what I've read premium aquatics has a good rep--plus they are a WAMAS sponsor. I emailed them (on a Sunday) and asked if they would price match. I got an email no later than about 15 minutes later and the price was matched. The equipment is in the mail. Great customer service. Thank you!
