discordja February 21, 2006 Share February 21, 2006 Perhaps a bit off topic but maybe it will help people out that haven't made their own food and don't know where to look for the things they need. (You can't buy seaweed at your safeway :P) I just moved to Manassas and right here on Sudley is a large Latino / Asian Global Market. They have a frozen seafood medley that's a mere $3.99 / pound and has clams, squid, octopus, shrimp, some kind of white fish, etc. They also have plain sheets of Nori for $1.99 a pack which is half a dozen sheets or so. Pick up a tube of Selco and you have a basic feed mix for next to nothing that will last you for a good while.
