Anyone near Centreville VA running a LumenMax Elite 250w HQI Fixture

I am wanting to get a look at the HQI socket that holds the bulb on a LumenMax Elite 250w Metal Halide HQI Fixture. I sold these fixtures to some guy on ebay and he is claiming they arrived with a broken socket. Of course he did not let me know for 4 days after receipt. Sounds to me like perhaps he was trying to install bulbs and broke the fixture. I do not see how else the socket would break during shipping.

 

Anyway is anyone running these that could let me take a look?
