I was looking for two strainer pieces for two Aqueon MegaFlow Overflow Kits that I have on my 220 gallon. Looked everywhere. Out of sheer curiosity sent an email form on the aqueonproducts.com website asking if they are even available to buy separately somewhere. Just a general "contact us" type of email where you enter your name, phone, address and email address and then a question. Next day (today) I received two emails. Both from a representative at central.com One was an "order generated" form. Next was an "order shipped" form. No actual communication. Not even a "here you go."
