Clown Fish

One of my clown that I had for 3 years died, can I get another clown fish? I had two clown fish, they were purchased together.

Was it the smaller or larger of the 2?  The larger is the female and smaller male.  They change sex from male to female (female always dominant fish).  So as long as you don't add a female to a female you already have you can add another.  Find someone that has a group for sale and get the smallest they have.  This is most likely a male or juvenile.  They will work out the rest themselves. 

 

What type of clowns are they?

It was a Percula Clown, and it was the smaller one that died.

I agree, you can easily add another as long as it too was one of the smaller ones from wherever you get it.
