John Ford November 2, 2013 Share November 2, 2013 The problem is how long it takes to get serviced. I bought a wp-40 and when it arrived It had a broken cover and impeller. Eric said he would send out a new cover and impeller replacement. Two weeks later the cover showed up with no impeller. Eric blamed it on his employee. Now I have to wait another two weeks for my impeller so in the end I will have to wait 2 months before I can use the pump for the first time. If you have nothing but time on your side they are great!
