gastone December 6, 2005 Share December 6, 2005 Time to replace my 150W DE bulb. I've been using a 10k over my 42 hex w/150W VHO actinic supplementation. I mostly keep LPS with a few RBTAs and a maxima that is about 6" under the water's surface. I'm looking to get into echinos/challices and I'm looking for a color combination to really make the colors pop. My options: http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_lighti...lbs.asp?CartId= scroll down to see. I wouldn't do anything under 10k and I wouldn't do 20k. So... pretty much anything in between. Tri Bui December 6, 2005 Share December 6, 2005 Garrett, anything you get beyond 10k you will have more blue, but I would just stay with 10k if your system is doing well.
