RJT July 31, 2013 Share July 31, 2013 Just wanted to share. She has been like this for a few weeks. Very little info on breeding them online.
PotomacBoater July 31, 2013 Share July 31, 2013 (edited) did you buy a mated pair? or did you just get lucky? (can you "sex" yellow wrasses???) Congrats, btw Edited July 31, 2013 by PotomacBoater
RJT July 31, 2013 Author Share July 31, 2013 Male has red stripes on face. Fairly easy to tell the difference. Just like most other wrasses add same time or female first.
Coral Hind July 31, 2013 Share July 31, 2013 How long have you had the pair?

Coral Hind July 31, 2013 Share July 31, 2013 Take good documentation and post everything you learn over at MOFIB and here. It would be nice if you could set up a camera to record the tank on a DVR in case you're not home. Wrasses tend to spawn at different times of day depending on species from what I've read so it would be nice to get some info on the time they release. RJT July 31, 2013 Author Share July 31, 2013 Good idea. I have a video camera for the tank already. Maybe I can set it to record to one of my external hard drives. I will definitely check today on that.
