Please join us for a Grand Opening Celebration and 15th. We are still seeking permission to hold a BBQ in the back of the store, but either way, we will have plenty of food and beverages (non alcoholic) for everyone. Here's the take on what's planned thus far: Address: 7025 Brookfield Plaza, Springfield, VA 22150 (703) 688-3106 Store Hours: 11am-9pm Monday-Saturday, 11am-7pm Sundays... yes, we'll be open for business 7 days a week Food and drinks (served between noon and 2pm) Raffle drawings will take place at 5pm (more info below) Sale, Sale, Sale... no need to go into details. It's a grand opening, so the sales will be pretty nice For the Raffle, we will have the following for the lucky winners: $100 Gift Certificate good on livestock... 1 winners $50 Gift Certificate good on livestock... 4 winners $25 Gift Certificate good for Livestock... 4 winners 75 Gallon Marineland Glass Aquarium... 2 winners 20 Gallon Long Marineland Glass Aquarium... 2 winners No purchase necessary. Everyone that stops by will get a raffle ticket. You can increase your chance of winning by making purchases. Purchase $20 or more, get 3 additional tickets Purchase $75 or more, get 10 additional tickets Purchase $125 or more, get 20 additional tickets Purchase $200 or more and get 40 additional tickets. Drawing will be held at 7pm on Saturday, June 15th. No need to be present to win. We will announce all winners and tickets numbers on Wamas as well as our website once the drawing has been finalized. You can then stop by and pick up your prize if you have the winning ticket. By the way, for the event, we are getting in a huge order from Algagen.... if you're looking for Pods, this is the time... for this weekend only, all prices are at huge discounts. These will be fresh off their production lines. Also, we will be getting in their new line of PhycoPure Zooxanthellae. from Algagen "It is a pure culture, 2 strains of live zooxanthellae. Reports are coming in that people have brought bleached corals back,, easier coral acclimation, and "enhanced coloration". This is a product that is added to a tank completely and can be done monthly if desired." We will also be getting in fresh live mysids shrimp and marine feeder shrimps. We plan on stocking live food at our store on a regular basis and these are a great alternative to the disease ridden feeder goldfish and guppies and a lot more healthy than live brine shrimp (which we also plan to stock) As this week progresses, we'll have more updates (time permitting) and there may be other raffle prizes added to the list.
