I am throwing in half bucket of Reef Crystal salt on top of the skimmer!!! It's really depends how deep is your tank. there is somewhere in the web, someone take the par reading on it.... What pump does the Vertex skimmer use? I am tempted but you are too far away for me. The par38 bulb can be use to twist in any standard light bulb fixture. I will throw in those ikea light bulbs hanger too.. However, I work in DC, if you can meet up somewhere? The ATO is going good, it comes out really slow is it soppose to? also, I kinda had to tape it on the aquarium because it wont adjust to where I need it to. I here it clicking all the time because my skimmer return is bubling up.. I need to change that white filter in it and havnt done it yet lol... that causes the water to move it.
