swimmatte April 3, 2013 Share April 3, 2013 Over the past week or so I've been noticing my foxface spending a lot of time IN my Xenia. Is this normal? I'm not worried about this behavior but was wondering if this is common at all.
Coral Hind April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 How big is it? I don't think it is that strange for a fish to seek protection in a coral.

The Xenia colony is fairly large. He actually doesn't stay in it too long as he only sits in it for about 30 seconds.
Kingumar April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 My foxface did that in my 55gal with a huge xenia colony. It wouldn't host on it like clowns normally host on things, but definitely enough for me to see that the fish has some interest in that coral. Kinda cool. Once I get a decent camera I think it would make a cool picture with the color contrast.
