kjamaya December 23, 2012 Share December 23, 2012 Watching it and learned something new. Late spring early summer during a particular phase of the moon for 2 days corals release eggs and sperm. What I find fascinating is that the "baby corals" can swim by moving tiny hairs on their body in the direction they want to head. When they land on an area that they want to be they attach themselves and turn into a polyp. This is when you gotta love Tevo..

ExoticReefCreations December 26, 2012 Share December 26, 2012 Really enjoyed it as well. I liked the low tide scene with the acro colonies excreting muscus as a means of "sunscreen"

LCDRDATA December 30, 2012 Share December 30, 2012 (edited) I first saw it a couple months ago, I'm pretty sure it's something they rebroadcast on a continuing basis. Agree it is a really great program. Edited December 30, 2012 by LCDRDATA
