kjamaya December 16, 2012 Author December 16, 2012 Whoud a ryobi drill work for this job or do I need am electric drill.
Omair December 16, 2012 December 16, 2012 Any drill will do as long as it has low level torque. Ryobi should be fine. Plenty of reefers in our area have experience drilling tanks and should be available to help if needed. Personally I would look up a few How To videos on YouTube. It's surprisingly easy to do - just be gentle, let the weight of the drill pressure through. Use plumbers putty to create a recessive moat around the hole and fill it with water to disperse the eat of the drill bit. Glass Holes is a great resource, they sell the overflow kit with diamon tip drill bits. BRS also sells drill bits with drill guides.
